Shipping & Delivery Policy

1. We work with some of the best-known logistics companies to deliver your products to you in a seamless and hassle-free manner.

2. Shipping is free across India for all Pre-Paid Orders.

3. Both COD and Prepaid orders are accepted. Customers may receive an address verification call in case of COD orders.

4. Our delivery timelines are normally between 2 to 5 working days.

5. However, please note that at times delivery times are subject to factors beyond our control – like travel delays from our shipping partners, strikes, weather trouble, etc. We put our best efforts in ensuring that your shipment reaches you at the earliest.

6. Customers are required to provide complete street address along with their pin code details at the time of placing the order. In cases where incorrect addresses are provided by customers, we reserve the right to cancel the product and deduct shipping charges upto INR 200 from the refund amount. This is to ensure no fraudulent orders are being placed.

7. We do not ship to Post Office Box address(es) and do not take any responsibility for non-delivery of orders in case an order is delivered to P. O. Box and not received by the customer.

8. To facilitate customers change of mind, we allow customers to edit/ modify/ or change confirmed orders. However, this would only be after we acknowledge the request for change received by us via email (thekurtastudio2713@gmail.com) before the product has been shipped.
