Cancellation, Return & Exchange Policy

1. We offer 3 days of hassle-free ‘no questions asked’ returns & exchanges from the date of delivery for PREPAID orders. However, for COD orders, we offer 1 time free exchange in case there is fit/size issue or quality issue.

2. Please return your product(s) in the same condition as it was shipped and unsoiled. If the products are found without tags, washed or returned in poor condition, or have been worn, a refund will not be provided. Customers are requested to retain the original packaging by keeping the tags, labels if any, intact.

3. Products can be exchanged only once.

4. Please make sure the tag loop is not broken. In the event of tag loop being broken, product will become ineligible for return/refund.

5. Any goodies/freebies sent by The Kurta Studio along with the order shall need to be returned as is while returning the product. In the event goodies/freebies are not returned, we reserve the right to deduct INR 250/- from the refund amount.

5. The refund will be initiated within 7 business days of receiving the return upon due quality check at our end with respect to the condition of product returned to us. The refunds would be issued to original mode of payment.

6. We do not accept return requests for COD orders. COD orders can only be exchanged with different size of same product*.

7. Exchange/Replacement of a product will be subject to availability of the product on the website at that time.

8. In the unlikely event that your merchandise arrives damaged, you should email us a photo of the damaged product within 24 hours of receiving your order at  team@thekurtastudio.in.

9. Please note, pickup attempts made by our logistics partners are limited to maximum 3 attempts. Kindly ensure to be available to hand over the product to the pickup executive during the pickup attempts.

10. Return Pickup address should be same as the address on which the product was delivered.

11. Cancellation Policy: We do not entertain any cancellations once the product has been shipped. Request customers to please review their cart in detail before placing the order.

 

*If different size of same product is out of stock, then different product can be selected. Customers can reach out at team@thekurtastudio.in or 8800522894 to create exchange request.
